- It's incorporated under the Malaysia Companies Act 1965
- Meet the definition of SMEs; and
- 60% equity are held by Malaysian;
- Enterprises incorporated under Registration of Business Ordinance 1956
Attach Application Form together with these supporting documents:
- Form 9;
- Form 24;
- Form 49;
- Annual Return;
- Latest Audited Accounts;
- Manufacturing License or Local Authority License;
- EPF statement
- Registration of Business Certification
- latest Bank Statement
- Stamping Tenancy Agreement
- Local Authority License
